Privacy Policy

LiveClue is built so that, by default, we see as little of your data as technically possible. What we collect depends on your plan — and on the Lifetime + BYOK plan, your interview queries never touch our servers at all.

Your questions, transcripts, and screenshots go straight from your machine to your AI provider using your own key. They never pass through our servers, and we never store them. Your key stays on your own device.

To count usage against your monthly quota, queries are proxied through our servers. We log metadata only — timestamps, model used, token counts — never the content of your questions, transcripts, or answers. Content is passed through to your AI provider and discarded.

Voice transcription runs entirely on your device. The raw audio from your calls never leaves your machine.

We store your email and a Stripe customer ID to manage your license and subscription. Payment details are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store card numbers.
