Terms of Service

By installing or using LiveClue you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the software.

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use LiveClue on your own devices. Lifetime licenses don’t expire; subscription licenses remain active while your subscription is paid and current.

You’re responsible for how you use LiveClue and for complying with the rules of any interview, exam, or assessment you take part in. Do not use LiveClue where it is prohibited — including proctored exams and assessments whose terms forbid outside assistance. You assume all risk and consequences of your use.

LiveClue is provided "as is." We make no promise that it is undetectable in every environment, that it will produce correct answers, or that it will help you pass anything. Capture-exclusion and keystroke behavior depend on your OS and third-party software, which can change.

On the Lifetime plan you’re responsible for your own Anthropic or OpenAI account, API key, and the usage charges that provider bills you directly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveClue’s total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
